Roots is a dynamic community for women to grow stronger in body, mind, and connection.

While we build our future permanent home, we currently offer private, semi-private, and group workouts at XXX and personalized at-home training sessions that meet you where you are.

We also organize occasional outdoor events in premium locations across Geneva and its neighbouring landscapes. This is a fantastic way to build genuine connection while enjoying what the region has best to offer.

    Private Training is a fully individualized, one-on-one coaching service designed for women who want dedicated support, structure, and accountability within the privacy of their own space.

    This service includes:

    • One-on-one physical training with a personal coach

    • Personalized strength & conditioning programming

    • Lifestyle, nutrition, and mindset coaching

    • Ongoing accountability, progress tracking, and plan adjustments

    Your coach works closely with you every step of the way to ensure your plan evolves with your body, your lifestyle, and your goals.

    Best for: Women who want maximum support, privacy, injury-aware programming, or are navigating specific health, pain, or performance goals.

    Note: Private Training can also be delivered in the comfort and privacy of your own home.

  • The best of both worlds: personalized coaching with the energy of a community.

    Semi-Private Training is a fully individualized coaching service designed for women who want dedicated support and accountability without the high cost of 1-on-1 private sessions or the isolation of training alone.

    Limited to 4 participants per session, this service includes:

    • Expert-Led Small Group Training: Fully coached sessions in a premium partner studio, with real-time form corrections and modifications for your specific body.

    • Personalized Programming: Strength & conditioning plans adapted to your individual goals, injury history, and fitness level—even within a group setting.

    • Holistic Support: Access to lifestyle, nutrition, and mindset guidance tailored to your phase of life (cycle, post-partum, menopause).

    • Ongoing Accountability: Regular progress tracking, plan adjustments, and a supportive peer group to keep you consistent.

    Best for: Women who crave expert guidance and a structured plan but thrive in a supportive, social environment. Ideal for those navigating specific health or performance goals who want more attention than a large class offers, but more community than private training.

    This service includes:

    • A comprehensive health & fitness consultation (via video call)

    • A fully personalized training plan delivered digitally

    • Customized nutrition or lifestyle planning aligned with your specific goals (cycle, menopause, stress management)

    • Regular virtual check-ins for progress tracking and plan adjustments

    • Optional add-on: Single 1-on-1 video coaching sessions for specific technique guidance or orientation

    This option prioritizes autonomy while grounding your plan in expert, science-backed guidance.

    Best for: Women who are self-motivated and comfortable training independently but want a clear, structured plan built by professionals who understand female physiology.
