Departing Geneva at 9:00 AM in a private mini-van, we’ll journey through the scenic Haute-Savoie to a stunning private location nestled against the Aravis mountain range. Upon arrival, immerse yourself in fresh alpine air as we begin with a restorative warm-up of stretching and foam rolling, followed by an intense, high-energy Power workout designed to challenge your limits while you train against a backdrop of majestic peaks. After the sweat, gather with your community for a hearty, nourishing brunch crafted from the finest local producers: artisanal cheeses, cured meats, warm bread, and seasonal fruits, perfectly balancing indulgence with wellness. We’ll depart around 1:30 PM, arriving back in Geneva by 2:30 PM, leaving you feeling stronger, recharged, and deeply connected. This is your invitation to trade the gym walls for mountain views, sweat with purpose, and feast with friends in the heart of nature.

Join us at Marja’s traditional Finnish sauna by the lake in Anières for an intimate restorative morning of hot/cold therapy in the purest Scandinavian spirit. The cycle of heat, icy lake dips, and mindful relaxation helps reset the nervous system, boost immunity, and melt stress away — all while connecting with other women in a warm, supportive space.

We’ll finish the experience just across the road with a shared fondue at a cozy lakeside restaurant — because community and nourishment matter just as much as training.
