You’ll work with pads or a partner in a safe, supportive space—no sparring, no pressure. Just a chance to discover how boxing can improve hip mobility, rhythm, and body awareness. We’ll finish with light snacks and warm drinks to refuel and connect. All levels welcome—come move with us.
